Year 3

Welcome to Year 3

In Year 3, your teachers are:
Mrs P. Whitmore
Mr D. Booty
Mrs L. Logan
Mrs K. Barnes
Support staff are:
Mrs E. Goble
Mrs J. Sparkes
Mrs K. Pead

The term so far...

All of the children have settled brilliantly into their new classes and have adapted well to their new school routines. Below are a few helpful reminders:
  • Reading books and diaries should be brought in daily and children are expected to read at home at least four times a week in order to achieve their reading targets. Children can read to an adult, with an adult or independently but please sign the diaries to acknowledge this.
  • TTRS homework is to play the games set in the Garage section. Other sections, including Numbots, can also be played but these do not count towards their homework.
  • Spelling shed homework is to play 10 games a week.  All homework is checked on a Friday.
This is just a reminder that on the 5th October, 3K and 3P will be visiting Tunstall forest. 3B and 3L will be visiting on the 12th October.
