Volunteers
We gladly welcome volunteers into Springfield Junior School to support children across all year groups.
However, before working alongside pupils, a safeguarding induction is attended which ensures adults are aware of what signs to look out for and also the correct channels to record concerns.
If you are interested in our Volunteer Induction, or are about to undertake one of the training sessions in school with Mr Rycraft, please look through the document found on our policies page by clicking here. The Volunteer Handbook and Code of Conduct outlines our school's expectations.
As part of the process, DBS checks are undertaken before volunteers are able to support in school.
