On Monday 30th June 2025, Stefan Long, Mayor of Ipswich and engineer at Felixstowe port visited Springfield. He held a whole school assembly and spoke directly to our school councillors about civic duty and our wonderful town of Ipswich.

It was a brilliant experience for the pupils and very informative.
